Day 2-4 | Info Share & NDA
Once we've signed a mutual NDA, we'll ask for some basic business information to understand the financials and operations. Everything shared is strictly confidential.
Day 5-6 | Site Visit & LOI
After seeing the shop firsthand, we'll issue a Letter of Intent outlining our proposed price and deal structure.
Day 6-55 | Due Diligence
We do our homework thoroughly. This typically takes 30–60 days depending on complexity. We move efficiently and won't waste your time.
Day 55-60 | Employee Transition
Before closing, we work with you directly on how to communicate the transition to your team, so your staff feel confident and the business stays stable through the handover.
Day 60 | Closing
The purchase agreement is signed and funds are wired. Your customers are in good hands. Your legacy is intact.
