Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging the services of Blueprint Repair & Maintenance, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws in Ontario, Canada.
2. Services & Estimates
Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days. Under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, the final price will not exceed the estimate by more than 10% unless additional work is authorized by you in writing.
Access: You agree to provide our technicians safe and timely access to the service location.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits: For projects exceeding $500, a deposit of 15% may be required.
Cooling-Off Period: For contracts signed in your home worth more than $50, you have a 10-day right to cancel under the Consumer Protection Act.
4. Limited Warranty
We warrant our labour for a period of 90 days following completion. This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by client negligence or third-party interference.
Manufacturer defects in parts (these are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty).
5. Limitation of Liability
Blueprint Repair & Maintenance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for said services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
