Across Ontario, there are thousands of owner-operated shops with decades of community history, loyal customers, and skilled technicians who take real pride in their work. What many of these shops lack is the resources to grow, and a succession plan. When the owner is ready to step back, the business often has nowhere to go.

Blueprint exists to change that. We partner with established, trusted shops — providing succession capital, investing in the people behind the lifts, and preserving the local reputation that no franchise could replicate. We don't rebuild what we acquire. We strengthen it.
