Blueprint Acquires Clark’s Automotive in Wellington, Ontario
Our first acquisition marks a milestone for Blueprint & the founders of Clark’s Automotive
TORONTO, ONTARIO, June 3, 2026 -- Blueprint Repair & Maintenance Ltd. (“Blueprint” or the “Company”) is proud to announce that it has completed its acquisition of Clark's Automotive, located at 73 Cleminson Street in Wellington, Ontario.
Clark's was founded in 2008 by Jason and Amy Clark — built from the ground up on a vacant lot, in a town that didn't have an automotive shop. Eighteen years later, it stands as one of Wellington's most trusted businesses, known for honest service, deep community ties, and a genuine care for every customer who comes through the door.
That legacy matters to us. Blueprint was built on the belief that great independent shops deserve to thrive and that the people and values behind them should be preserved.

Clark's Automotive will continue operating at 73 Cleminson Street, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. The shop's team, service standards, and commitment to the Wellington community remain unchanged.

The same quality service, no surprises - business as usual from day one. Your vehicle is in the same capable hands it always has been, with honest diagnostics, careful mechanical work and recommendations tailored to your goals. Your tires are safe in storage waiting for the winter changeover and any appointments you have booked with us are still there.
Better ways to stay connected - the shop will be introducing online booking and service updates by email so you are always in the loop on your vehicle.
The same name on the door and a shop that keeps growing - Clark’s is still Clark’s. But under new ownership means new investment in equipment, infrastructure and small details that make a great experience even better, without losing what made Clark’s special from day 1.
