Blueprint Acquires Schultz Automotive in Tavistock, Ontario
The acquisition marks our second location, continuing Blueprint’s growth across rural Ontario.
TORONTO, ONTARIO, September 1, 2026 -- Blueprint Repair & Maintenance Ltd. (“Blueprint” or the “Company”) is proud to announce that it has completed its acquisition of Schultz Automotive, located at 27 Woodstock Street North in Tavistock, Ontario.
Jeff Schultz founded Schultz Automotive in May 1994, starting out with two rented bays on Woodstock Street South. In 1998 the shop moved into the five bay shop at 27 Woodstock Street North facility it operates from today. Over more than 32 years, it has become one of Tavistock's most trusted auto repair shops.
"What began in 1994 with two rented bays and a young family's dream grew into something far greater than we could have imagined. As we welcome Blueprint into the next chapter in this story, we're confident the business is in the right hands." said Jeff Schultz.
Schultz Automotive will continue operating at 27 Woodstock Street North, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the same team and service standards that has been relied upon by the community for decades.
As part of Blueprint, Schultz Automotive will benefit from shared resources, enhanced IT infrastructure and tools built to strengthen the customer experience, all while keeping the local relationships and independent feel. The shop will continue to offer its full lineup of services, diagnostics and routine maintenance.

Better ways to stay connected - the shop will be introducing online booking and service updates by email so you are always in the loop on your vehicle.
